Work directly with the founding team across the whole product, from the public site and client-facing workflows to the pipelines that turn raw financial records into structured, traceable workpapers.
What you'll do
- Ship features across the stack: TypeScript and React on the front end, the APIs and services behind them.
- Build the surfaces where clients upload records, answer questions and follow an engagement's progress.
- Work on document pipelines: extraction, matching and structured output, with citations back to the source.
- Prototype with LLMs where they genuinely help, and be honest about where they don't.
What we look for
- Studying computer science or a related field, or an equivalent trail of things you've actually built.
- A solid footing in TypeScript or JavaScript and at least one modern framework; we work in Next.js and React.
- Comfort on the back end: APIs, databases, a little infrastructure.
- Evidence that you ship: a repo, a deployed project, a hackathon entry. Anything real we can read.
- Care for detail, and clear writing. We work async, so the writing is the work.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM APIs, retrieval or document processing.
- Curiosity about accounting, audit or capital markets. No accounting background required.
- An eye for motion and typography; the site you're reading is part of the product.
What you'll get
- Real scope from day one: production features, not sandbox exercises.
- Direct mentorship from the founding team, in code review and in the open.
- Exposure to how AI systems are built for a regulated, evidence-first domain.
- A path to a full-time role as the team grows.
